Shipping Policy

PRE-ORDER / GROUP BUY ITEMS

All orders are made by-hand, to specification, and are considered pre-order purchases. There are absolutely no refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed on any of our products. You can read more about it on our Terms and Conditions page.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Returns/exchanges/part replacement (at our discretion after examining the problem) are available within 30 days of purchase for major issues/failure only (no minor defect). Read below what are major defect.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

​

Due to the nature of manufacturing processes and methods used, minor defects may be present in the end product.

Minor defects include:

​

  • Minor machining marks

  • Minor oil marks on PCBs

  • Minor hook marks

  • Minor scratches or dents on the exterior of the product

​

Major defects include:

​

  • Large scratches, or dents on the exterior of the product

  • Broken components

  • Dead PCBs

  • Incorrect item received

​

EXCHANGES

​

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

​

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items to us.

  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • It is recommended you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

REFUNDS

​

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
